Between Ciutat Vella and l’Eixample, in the very heart of Barcelona, stands the Antiga Casa Buenavista. With a historical and family legacy that began in 1918 as a restaurant and was transformed in 2022 into a 4*S hotel, the building preserves its modernist essence through natural, comfortable, and high‑quality materials: hydraulic tiles, Catalan vaults, and large glass windows. A spectacular accommodation with soul, natural light, carefully designed living areas, event rooms, a pool, a solarium, and a restaurant.
Since June 2022, we have managed its Revenue Management strategy, achieving, just a few months after its opening, a leading market position while stabilizing an average annual revenue growth of +10% until 2024. Our work plan included geolocated campaigns segmented by customer type, optimization by market and season, and expanded distribution, including its integration into The World of Hyatt. The greatest recognition of this collaborative work with the ownership and management came in 2025, when, at the Tripadvisor Travellers’ Choice Awards, it was named the second-best hotel in Spain, joining the select top 1% of the best hotels in the world according to this renowned platform.
