Et cela transforme compl\u00e8tement la mani\u00e8re de g\u00e9rer les revenus.<\/p>\n<div>\n<p>Dans l\u2019h\u00f4tellerie traditionnelle, le prix est souvent le param\u00e8tre d\u00e9cisif pour stimuler la demande. Cependant, dans le secteur du luxe, le prix passe au second plan. Le client de ce segment choisit pour l\u2019exclusivit\u00e9, l\u2019esth\u00e9tique, la r\u00e9putation, les souvenirs pass\u00e9s et pour tout ce que seuls quelques \u00e9tablissements privil\u00e9gi\u00e9s peuvent offrir. Le d\u00e9fi du Revenue Manager n\u2019est pas tant de bouger les tarifs que de prot\u00e9ger l\u2019essence du produit, de renforcer son caract\u00e8re exceptionnel et de veiller \u00e0 ce que chaque d\u00e9cision respire la coh\u00e9rence avec la marque.<\/p>\n<p>La segmentation change elle aussi de nature. Il ne suffit plus de classer les clients en cat\u00e9gories g\u00e9n\u00e9rales. Dans le luxe, l\u2019attention se porte sur des d\u00e9tails plus fins : voyageurs \u00e0 haut pouvoir d\u2019achat, profils en qu\u00eate d\u2019exp\u00e9riences transformatrices, march\u00e9s internationaux particuli\u00e8rement exigeants, s\u00e9jours motiv\u00e9s par des attentes tr\u00e8s sp\u00e9cifiques. Le Revenue Manager collabore \u00e9troitement avec des d\u00e9partements tels que Guest Experience, Ventes ou Marketing, car chaque d\u00e9tail \u2014 du ton d\u2019un salut au souvenir d\u2019une pr\u00e9f\u00e9rence personnelle \u2014 peut influencer la fid\u00e9lisation et la valeur future du client.<\/p>\n<p>Et bien que les donn\u00e9es restent indispensables, leur interpr\u00e9tation va au\u2011del\u00e0 du quantitatif. Dans les h\u00f4tels de luxe, les \u00e9chantillons sont plus r\u00e9duits, les tendances moins \u00e9videntes, et l\u2019intuition professionnelle acquiert une importance accrue.
