THE NET REVENUE has been authorized by the owners of the Accommodations to use their brand and the trade name of the owners and the Accommodation itself.

If you provide us with your personal data and accept this privacy policy, we inform you that THE NET REVENUE may carry out the following activities and/or actions, unless you indicate otherwise:

Sending any information, including commercial information about news, updates, etc., and any information related to our activities or the services contracted by our clients.

Resumes

If the user sends their resume to THE NET REVENUE, we inform you that the data provided will be processed to include you in any selection processes that may occur, conducting an analysis of the applicant’s profile with the aim of selecting the best candidate for the vacant position in the Company. Please note that we will only accept your resume if it is sent electronically; resumes sent or delivered in paper format will not be accepted. If any changes occur in your data, we kindly ask you to notify us in writing as soon as possible to keep your information properly updated.

We inform you that your resume and the data it contains will be retained for a maximum period of one year, after which the data will be deleted, ensuring complete confidentiality both during processing and subsequent destruction. Therefore, once this period has passed, if you wish to continue participating in THE NET REVENUE’s selection processes, we kindly ask you to send us your resume again.

However, if you are hired by THE NET REVENUE, your resume will be retained along with the rest of your employment record for as long as your contractual relationship with the Company remains in effect.

 

4- Data retention period. How long will we keep your data?

The personal data you provide will be retained for the time necessary to manage the information you request, as well as to provide our services or fulfill any contract established between THE NET REVENUE and third parties. If we have your identifying data in our database for sending commercial information, it will be retained as long as the legal basis that legitimizes its retention and use remains valid. You may cancel your data at any time to stop receiving commercial information.

Once the data has fulfilled the purpose for which it was collected, we will permanently delete it. However, we may retain your data for a longer period if necessary to comply with legal obligations. Likewise, it may be necessary to retain it for the time required for the statute of limitations of any legal responsibilities that may arise.

The data you provide to initiate a selection process will be retained for a maximum period of one year. Afterwards, if you have not joined THE NET REVENUE or are not part of a selection process, it will be deleted and we will not retain a copy.

The personal data of our employees will be retained for the duration of their employment relationship with THE NET REVENUE and, subsequently, for the legally established periods.
