Una ocupaci\u00f3n alta puede esconder un posicionamiento d\u00e9bil en precio; un volumen menor puede revelar una estrategia mucho m\u00e1s s\u00f3lida y la diferencia est\u00e1 en el criterio con que se interpretan esos indicadores.<\/p>\n<p>Esa lectura solo tiene sentido si va acompa\u00f1ada de una buena previsi\u00f3n de la demanda. En Revenue Management, una estrategia funciona cuando existe una conexi\u00f3n real entre lo que ha ocurrido, lo que est\u00e1 ocurriendo y lo que probablemente va a ocurrir. Cuando las decisiones se apoyan en informaci\u00f3n real, la estrategia gana consistencia y las desviaciones se detectan a tiempo.<\/p>\n<p>El mercado cambia, la demanda fluct\u00faa y el comportamiento del cliente evoluciona.
