El repte del <em>Revenue Manager<\/em> no \u00e9s tant moure tarifes com protegir l\u2019ess\u00e8ncia del producte, refor\u00e7ar el seu car\u00e0cter excepcional i assegurar-se que cada decisi\u00f3 respiri coher\u00e8ncia amb la marca.<\/p>\n<p>La segmentaci\u00f3 tamb\u00e9 canvia de pell. Ja no n\u2019hi ha prou amb classificar clients en blocs generalistes. En aquests hotels, les experi\u00e8ncies tenen un pes decisiu. Un sopar privat, una excursi\u00f3 dissenyada a mida, un tractament de spa altament personalitzat o un trasllat que comen\u00e7a amb una conversa acurada poden generar un valor enorme i diferenciar l\u2019hotel respecte dels seus competidors.
